FingerLakes Farms offers a large variety of fresh vegetables, fruit, and herbs as they are available. Produce is actively sourced from local growers in the Finger Lakes region. However, due to varying growing windows, we occasionally source from additional farms in the northeast. This allows us to fulfill the demand during our busiest season(s). Even with the additional sourcing, all producers we work with are ThumbsUp™ Process approved!

The produce availability guide is a general overview of when produce will be in season and in stock here at FingerLakes Farms. To help minimize the size of the chart we have listed general categories (especially in fruit). With that being said, we tend to carry multiple varieties in each category. Be sure to ask about what varieties are available when you place your order! Time frames shown in the chart are estimated windows. We base this on all of our grower’s planting schedules and the general harvest calendar provided by New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets.

Please note that some Harvest and Availability periods end at frost, and can be early in September or October, thus not making it to the end of its harvest window.
